As Executive Director of Fundraising and Engagement, you’ll lead the teams responsible for how the RSPCA connects with its supporters - through fundraising, engagement, marketing and communications. At the heart of the role is a simple but powerful idea: understanding what motivates people to care about animals, listening to them, and building relationships that last.

You’ll play a central role in strengthening trust in the RSPCA brand, growing sustainable income, and ensuring every supporter feels valued, heard and inspired to be part of our mission. This is a role for someone who can bring clarity, creativity and empathy to how we engage millions of people. In turn, this engagement will have a lasting positive impact on animal welfare.

We’re looking for a senior, values-led leader with a strong track record in fundraising and engagement. Someone who can inspire and develop high-performing teams, lead transformation with confidence, and deliver results at scale - while staying true to the compassion and integrity that define the RSPCA.
